How many cartons could I ship with the minimum charge?
Q:Do I need to present in person for customs clearance in Singapore?
A: Consignee does not need to present in person for customs clearance. Yet, please bare in mind that import duty and tax apply for all import shipment into Singapore.

Q: Is it ok if I cannot provide the exact delivery address now?
A: It is always fine to let us know the detail address before your cargo arrives in Singapore. Indicating which territory you are moving to will allow our professional consultant inform you of any over-area surcharge in advance. If your address will not be ready in short, you could choose to store in our Toronto warehouse first. We will arrange to ship out when being notified.
Q: What is not allowed to be shipped to Singapore?
A: Fresh food. Wooden furniture pieces that are made with rosewood and agarwood required an import permit to Singapore.
(We kindly advise you to check on the Singapore customs website or contact us to confirm if a specific item is allowed to import to destination.)
