Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is it ok if I cannot provide an exact delivery address now?
A: It is always fine to let us know the detail address before your cargo arrives in Hong Kong. Indicating which territory you are moving to will allow our professional consultant inform you of any over-area surcharge in advance. If your address will not be ready in short, you could choose to store in our Toronto warehouse first. We will arrange to ship out when being notified.
Q: What is not allowed to be shipped to Hong Kong?
A: Hong Kong is a free port of entry, nothing is prohibited as long as it is legal, not dangerous goods and is for your personal use.
(We kindly advise you to check on the Hong Kong customs website or contact us to confirm if a specific item is allowed to import to destination.)
Crating is a prudent choice when it comes to safeguarding items that are fragile, valuable and delicate, for example iMac, piano, glass/marble dining table, etc. Our craftsmen create tailored wooden crates for each item, ensuring their arrival at the destination intactly. To receive personalized recommendations about the suitability of crating for your particular item, we warmly invite you to initiate a conversation with our consultant.
