A: To be eligible for import tax and duty exemption, shipper who is with a valid temporary residence in Australia has to arrive at Australia within 2-4 months of cargo arrival and the shipped items must be used in the last 12 months.

A: All food (either dry or fresh) is prohibited to be shipped to Australia. Unfinished wood, animal skins, seeds & shells and tea leaves are not allowed.
